My athlete missed a session (or sessions), can I get a refund?
We understand that sometimes life's obligations become more important than attending a volleyball class. At Delta Athletics, we prioritize small class sizes to ensure personalized attention, allowing only 14 athletes per court. When an athlete misses a session, it not only affects their experience, it affects the experience of the other athletes in the program, and impacts our carefully planned staffing and court allocation. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds for missed sessions as we've reserved your spot, staffed accordingly, and dedicated court time specifically for the scheduled session. However, we do have a straightforward cancellation process if your unforeseen [...]

What is Zen Planner, and why am I getting billed by them?
Zen Planner is our client management software. We like it because keeps us focused less on the accounting and more on the coaching. When you are enrolled in Delta Athletics, you should be billed by Delta Atheltics, LLC, but some statements show the billing as Zen Planner instead. While enrolled in Delta, you can manage your account through our Zen Planner portal or though the mobile app available in your app store. While we like it for much of our business, it can sometimes cause headaches like account duplication or enrolling the parent instead of the athlete into classes. If [...]
I sent an email/text/SnapChat/Instagram asking to cancel, why am I still being billed?
We do not honor any cancellation requests by phone message, text message, social media account, or any other Delta Athletics email. We are a small business, and time spent trying to honor a cancellation via Facebook Messenger or other medium is time consuming, costly and difficult. We are working hard to make sure your athlete get the attention they deserve, so we ask that you honor our time and efforts by using the cancellation policy correctly. The only way to cancel is by sending an email to Cancel@DeltaAthletics.com with your athlete's first and last name. Once your email has been [...]
I told Coach _______ that we wanted to cancel, why did I still get billed this month?
If you have ever been to one of our training sessions, you will probably understand that the coaches have a million different things going on in their head to ensure the training runs smoothly. Trying to remember who asked for a cancellation while running drills on 2 to 3 different courts is a difficult, if not impossible task. That's why no coach is allowed to take a cancellation from a parent or athlete. The only way to cancel is by sending an email to Cancel@DeltaAthletics.com with your athlete's first and last name. Once your email has been received, your cancellation [...]
What is the billing cycle for Delta Athletics classes?

How do I cancel my membership?
We will be here when you need us, and won’t get mad when you have other things to do, that's why we make cancellation as simple as possible. Here's how to do it: Send an email to Cancel@DeltaAthletics.com with the athlete's first and last name. That's it! That's all you have to do. However, in order to make it fair to everyone (and to ensure our great coaches get the pay they deserve) we have two hard rules for cancelling. We limit the number of training slots in each program to guarantee that every athlete plays all the time. [...]
Why does Delta Athletics charge a signup fee?
Good question! Delta Athletics charges a signup fee for two reasons. First, Delta Athletics will enroll your athlete into the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). AAU has many membership benefits including supplemental sports insurance, that can cover additional medical costs if your child is injured at an AAU practice or event. As long as you a continuous member with Delta, we will keep you enrolled in AAU. Second, the one time fee covers training shirts for the life of your membership - meaning you will not pay for a new training shirt when you advance classes. (of course, if you lose [...]
What services do you offer?
Delta Athletics works to provide high quality accessible coaching to athletes of all ages and skill sets. While our primary methods are listed on the website, we can also work with you to create a custom solution for your athlete, team, or coaching staff. Here is a list of our offerings: Training Classes - This is the primary way that we train, as we have found that consistent, regular training with athletes of similar skill leads to the fastest development. Private Training - Many of our coaches will offer private training in individual or small group sessions. We try to [...]
How do I enroll in your training?
The best way to experience Delta Athletics is to come to one of our training classes. These classes are held on Sunday evenings at the Vortex Volleyball Center in Ringgold, GA. We recommend that you sign up for a free trial of our classes before enrolling. We would rather meet you in person to understand your skills and goals before we charge you any money. If you decide Delta is a good fit, we will be happy to enroll you after the free trial.
