Can I pause my membership?
Unfortunately, we cannot pause a membership for two very important reasons: First, most memberships that offer a pause only do so for a set period of time. After that, payments automatically resume. At Delta Athletics, we believe you should only be billed for the months you plan on attending, so we won't hit you with unexpected charges. Second, pausing a membership implies that we will hold a spot in our training program awaiting your return. Where do I login to my account?
You can log in to your account at app.deltaathletics.com. From your account you can manage your athlete profiles, view enrollments and schedules, add or update your payment method, sign waivers, and cancel or reactivate a subscription.If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password" after entering your email. If you have not received a welcome email after signing up, please reach out and we will resend it.
What will I see on my billing statement?
Members enrolled through our new app at app.deltaathletics.com will see charges from Delta Athletics LLC on their statement.If you enrolled before our app launched and are still on our previous system (Wodify), you may see charges listed as Wodify instead. Both are correct. Wodify is the software we used previously to process memberships, and we are in the process of transitioning all members to our new system. What is the billing cycle for Delta Athletics classes?
Delta Athletics bills on the 1st of the month for the month of training. That means that we bill Oct 1st for the month of October, and Nov 1st for the month of November.
How do I cancel my membership?
We will be here when you need us, and we won't get mad when you have other things to do. That's why we make cancellation as simple as possible.
