When an athlete misses a session, it affects their experience, the experience of the other athletes, and our carefully planned staffing and court allocation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, because we have reserved your spot, staffed accordingly, and dedicated court time for the scheduled session. You’ll get a confirmed end date immediately.
