We understand that sometimes life's obligations become more important than attending a volleyball class. At Delta Athletics, we prioritize small class sizes to ensure personalized attention, allowing only 14 athletes per court. When an athlete misses a session, it not only affects their experience, it affects the experience of the other athletes in the program, and impacts our carefully planned staffing and court allocation. We do not honor any cancellation requests by phone message, text message, social media account, or any other Delta Athletics email. We are a small business, and time spent trying to honor a cancellation via Facebook Messenger or other medium is time consuming, costly and difficult. If you have ever been to one of our training sessions, you will probably understand that the coaches have a million different things going on in their head to ensure the training runs smoothly. Trying to remember who asked for a cancellation while running drills on 2 to 3 different courts is a difficult, if not impossible task.
