Clinics are just under 2 hours, ensuring every athlete receives quality repetitions with close guidance from our expert coaches. Each clinic zeroes in on a specific skill—whether it's serving and receive, passing dynamics, setting decisions, or hitting transition—so athletes gain targeted practice to build confidence and precision. Coached Training Leagues September to November 2024 Exciting news at Delta Athletics – we’re launching two Coached Volleyball Leagues for the fall season! One league for ages 10-12, and one league for ages 13! We know that many athletes either can’t or don’t want to play club volleyball because of the costs and travel involved, and we understand that not everyone makes their school team.
