Either way, we are glad that you landed here, because we like talking to coaches who are interested in doing something different.

Delta Athletics was founded on the idea that great coaches deserve great opportunities. That’s why at Delta Athletics, we’re not just about teaching volleyball—we’re about creating a positive, supportive environment where both athletes and coaches can thrive.

Every year, we see dedicated, passionate coaches leave the profession. Some leave because their obligations have changed, some leave to find new opportunities, and some leave because they couldn’t see the right opportunity for the next season.

But most? Most leave for one major reason: Burnout.

At Delta Athletics, we know that feeling. All of the coaches who work with us found their way here after experiencing the negative sides of the game. Each of us has dealt with their share of angry parents, of difficult teammates, of un-supportive club directors, and of tone-deaf administrations. Each of us has questioned whether coaching was worth the time and effort we were putting forth.

That’s why the founders of Delta Athletics decided to do something different. We decided to build a program that was built by coaches for coaches.

We believe it is possible to build a program that honors coaches efforts, supports their regular lives, shields them from nonsense issues, and still delivers a fantastic experience for athletes and parents alike.

You have landed here because someone likes you and already values your dedication to the sport. But convincing you to join Delta cannot be a bunch of pretty language. Instead, we ask you to look through our coaching pages and see how we operate. If you decide it’s not for you, that’s just fine. We don’t want anyone to work with us because they feel an obligation.

But if you do want to come work with us, that great! Reach out to us and we will schedule you to work a few of our programs (paid, of course) and and we can decide together if we are a good fit.
