We will be here when you need us, and we won’t get mad when you have other things to do. That’s why we make cancellation as simple as possible. Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your account at app.deltaathletics.com, find the subscription you want to cancel, and follow the steps. That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmed end date right away.
To keep it fair to everyone, and to make sure our coaches get the pay they deserve, we have two hard rules for cancelling:
- We limit the number of training slots in each program so every athlete plays all the time. Because of this, your cancellation takes effect 20 days after we receive notice. This gives us time to offer the slot to a waiting athlete and to manage coach scheduling and pay.
- Cancellations must be submitted through the app. We cannot process cancellations by phone, text, email, or social media.
