Delta Athletics has partnered with The Resilience Movement to offer volleyball performance training for athletes 14 or older! This program is designed to improve your strength, power, and explosive potential, while reducing your chances of on-court injury. The program is available on a monthly or drop in basis, but is limited to no more than 12 athletes per class.
