Wall Balls
Wall balls are to help an athlete with their serving toss and contact in a controlled setting.
Position Transition
Position Transition drill can be used to help athletes focus transitioning from on the net to off to attack offensively. Athletes are able to work on their footwork in a controlled individual environment while getting offensive reps. This drill is fast paced and can vary by position to fit a coach's needs out of a practice.
Downball Lines
Downball Lines is a drill for beginner/intermediate players to practice hitting downballs from the ground. This drill can be performed with athletes hitting from any area of the court.
Rapid Fire Pins
Rapid Fire Pins is a great drill to use for athletes to get reps out-of-system at the left and right pin and work on footwork, timing, and/or transition. This drill can be used at any skill level.
OMR Approach & Transition
OMR approach and transition is a great drill to introduce, practice, and execute proper footwork for an approach and transition on the outside, middle, and right side.

1 to 5 defense is a great drill to get your athletes in the competitive mindset while playing defense.
Kentucky Drill

3-Step Approach Breakdown
This drill is designed to teach athletes to properly do a three-step approach. This is a great drill for beginners when they are being introduced to 3-step attacking.
2-Step Approach Breakdown
This drill is designed to teach athletes to properly do a two-step approach. This is a great drill for beginners when they are being introduced to attacking.
Over Unders
Over Unders is a drill to help athletes warm up hitting in a controlled setting with a partner. This is also a great way to emphasize controlled movements.
Instant Karma
This drill can be used to isolate certain skills to work on them one at a time. This is a fast paced, high rep drill to run to keep all athletes engaged.
Overhand Serving Toss Progression
This drill is a great introduction to how to properly toss, reach, and contact on an overhand serve. This drill is very controlled and only requires 1 athlete and 1 ball.
2 Partner Serving
2 Partner Serving focuses on serving accuracy and form in a controlled setting with a partner. This is a great drill to use at the beginning of a practice to warm up serving.
Triangle Passing & Setting Series
The Triangle Passing & Setting Drill Series is a set of 3-person drills designed to warm up ball control with different send and receive locations
Russian Passing
The Russian Passing Drill incorporates staying in a defensive position while focusing on movement and below the hip passing. This drill can be used with beginners and above.
Cone Movement Defense
This defense drill requires athletes to move in a forward, side to side, and backwards motion to pass. This drill is great for beginner to advanced as players control their own pace.
Setter Walk Work
This drill is great for getting athletes to use the setting skill by also incorporating foot movement. This is a great drill for beginners because each player has a ball and can go at their own pace.
