Serving Activation 6’s
Serving activation is a great drill for 6 on 6 play that incorporates the importance of serving and serve receive. Once activated, the designated side gets freeballs and an opportunity to score.
Overhand Serving Toss Progression
This drill is a great introduction to how to properly toss, reach, and contact on an overhand serve. This drill is very controlled and only requires 1 athlete and 1 ball.

Around the World is a popular serving game in which 2 teams are competing against each other to hit every zone on the other side of the court with their serve.
