A semi-open practice for high school volleyball players
For high school athletes at least 1-year of high school volleyball. This program focuses on giving the athletes the skills, knowledge, and mindset to pass and hit at the varsity level. Training also focuses on teaching the fundamentals of rotation and location-based play (front row, back row, transition, and hitting). Training is two hours in length.
What will the athlete learn?
Athletes will learn the philosophy and skills needed to pass a competitive level (2.0 passer rating or above) and how to develop a high hitting percentage.
Is this a difficult program?
This program will challenge the athlete to develop the mental and physical tools to play at the varsity level. While not all portions of the practice will be difficult, there will be times where they have to overcome obstacles that may be physically draining, and/or mentally challenging. Of course, it is our goal to make sure they develop in a supportive environment, so their personal development will only be as tough as they can effectively handle.
How do I sign up?
Easy! Just fill out the form below, and come prepared to sign a waiver upon entry into the gym.
