Attack every ball
This program is a monthly high-performance volleyball attack program. It is meant to increase your kill ratio through increasing your power, flexibility, explosive force, and technique.
What will the athlete learn?
The athlete will gain a strong foundation in the proper techniques for jumping and attacking in volleyball. They will train for vertical jump, as well as learning to hit from all court locations, hitting with power, proper transition and approach, and how to disguise shot location.
Is this a difficult program?
You get out what you put in. The training regimen is intensive. Hitting technique is a 90-minute program designed to increase your attack skills.
